I really really liked the instructor and how they led the class. I could tell thoughtful planning went into every movement and as someone who sits all day I chose the class I did for a reason. When I left I felt 100 times better than I did when I walked in. I also loved the instructor's demeanor and approach, very peaceful and intentional.
