Great new center. I had a very good session there. It was all I needed to relax and stretch.
Yoga teacher was new to me. She knew my name and also she corrected my postures during the class. Her talk during the class was very informative and helpful.
Questions were answered promptly over email, the staff were friendly and reassuring as it was my first session. I also really liked the class and studio
its really nice studio - lots of room , has all facilities - showers etc
