Firstly, the teacher (Daniel) was calm, graceful and very clear with his instructions/guidance into the postures. The atmosphere is maintained as a serene and calm environment. The reception is always helpful. And simply put I could not ask for me. Thank you all at Fierce Grace Muswell Hill.
