Really welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable and approachable staff. Love the decor and space and buzzing off the health kick I’m already feeling. Concerned about the dramatic price increase from the discounted £35 to full price monthly as this is way out of my budget so sad that there isn’t a middle ground to make membership accessible to all. Have already recommended to friends who are now joining me on my next class!

I loved the welcome that I was given when I walked in. I felt nervous as I am new to yoga and not very fit or flexible but the reception and teaching staff made me feel relaxed and I found the class easy to follow (not easy to do!) thank. I have already recommended it to my work colleagues.
