Everything about The Foundry is great. From the programming to the coaches, everyone is friendly and approachable, you feel supported and pushed to your limits but with encouragement and cheers behind you. Would recommend The Foundry for anyone who finds gyms intimidating, doesn't know where to start, or just wants to sweat out the weekend's excesses!
