This is the only gym I've ever wanted to come back to. All the instructors are friendly and helpful with teaching new skills, the classes are varied and everyone's there to do the work and have a good time. So many London gyms are full of posey wankers, this is one of very few that isn't.

Great classes. Friendly atmosphere. Work hard, play hard gym. There is a wonderful family spirit amongst the clients and the trainers are all such nice people.

Helpful, professional, thoughtful and caring staff. I wasn't quite ready to return to intense training and the staff were very nice about it.
