• The equipment and coaches are world-class. The session was well organised, easy to understand, and most importantly left me with a serious sweat on! The coaches are super attentive during the session, providing motivation and little tips to help with form and squeezing those last few reps out. Would really recommend to anyone looking for a seriously good (and fun!) workout!
