• From the moment I walk in (looking like a grey mess) to the moment I walk out (feeling my best) the friendly staff and warm atmosphere elevate my experience at every visit! I went for my single process route touch up and blowout yesterday and Daniely does a beautiful job. I also love the way they blend my color so even though I only get single process, there is still a beautiful dimension of color in my hair that shines. I also need to shout out their product line. There is honestly nothing that comes close to their Gossamer products. I use the shampoo, conditioner and leave in (blue or yellow label. Both are great but I really like the yellow label for my hair type). For good measure I usually get the aveda hair spray because honestly just a little is all you need but the amazing smell is almost therapeutic. Always the best overall experience at The Concept!
