• Clean, on time and I love getting my hair blown out by Desiree! I can only get that with a haircut...wish she could train others on a good brush curl. I love the salon but dont like that i cant see the same stylist like at other salons.

• I've been coming to The Concept for many years and I always walk in feeling welcome and walk out feeling confident and beautiful. For this visit I received 3 services. Color/grey coverage is perfect, botanical treatment was wonderful & relaxing and absolute gorgeous blowout, all by Kerri! I booked this appointment just a couple of days earlier so getting me in quickly was great but always having a talented & knowledgeable stylist even when my usual stylist isn't available is such a huge bonus! I feel comfortable regardless of whose chair I'm sitting in and that's rare. I adore the entire staff at The Concept! They really are ALL fantastic!
