• My appointment was scheduled on a Friday following a storm that rolled through our area. The power was out and unfortunately my appointment had to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. The staff at The Concept texted me and posted updates on social media, both of which kept me well informed. They contacted me as soon as power was restored and gave me options to get in for my appointment. They were on top of everything, professional and very well organized. I was happy to get in the day power was restored and although I couldn't get everything I needed done that day, I walked out with fresh hair, no grays and thankful to have gotten in so quickly due to their wonderful staff. The Concept is more than a great salon with fabulous products, they are a family who takes care of each other and their clients and somehow manage to do it with a smile, every time. Thank you!
