Working out isn't usually fun but I had a great time and everyone was so nice! Also, I'm sore today so they know what they're doing.

It's not only a place to work out but it's just a safe space, there's no feeling of you have to be at a certain level to do the workouts, it's okay if you have to stop for a second and pick back up, you don't have to look a certain way, and there's no diet-talk involved. It's my favorite part of everyday and my mind is always eased after each class!
