I love working out at the Booty Shop! I had a personal trainer in the past and I’ve seen more results in the past four months than I did in a year working out with the trainer!

The atmosphere was awesome! The only reason it's not a 10 is that for my first time, I felt like some things about the actual shop weren't they explained. It would've been nice to have someone tell me what other classes there are and what they're like, What the community is like, etc. but I'm excited to come back!

Booty Shop is not just a fitness space. It's a community. From the first day I walked in, I felt welcomed. I love the variety of workouts and that the instructors are all amazing. I do want to give special recognition to Cassie though - she is the best! I look forward to her classes, and have been for 4 months. That's the longest I've ever stuck with a consistent workout system. The atmosphere empowers women and makes me feel strong. The community and workouts have gotten me through some pretty tough times. This is a long winded response to say - Booty Shop is so much more than a "gym" and I would recommend everyone give it a try.
