Everyone was really nice, not judgmental when I needed to take a break from the workout, all good vibes and after 1 class I can feel that is was effective

I gave 9 just because I never tried the regular class at the studio and I’m “saving” the 10 for my next time. But the instructor was really good, the types of exercises , her energy, smile … awesome!! Caroline is the reason why I’m going back.

Like the space, lighting, people, exercises. My only concern is the rotation of groups....feels like a lot of downtime for the students and hard work for the instructor to continuously be demonstrating moves.

From the time I got there to the time I left, I was made to feel important. Caroline (I think) was super nice and explained the lay of the land. Ashley was an awesome instructor and provided a challenging workout with great modifications. I've already recommended The Booty Shop to family and friends!
