• Our stylist was excellent. She was a ten. Wonderful with the girls great with the haircuts. However there was a mixup with time and someone called and said appt was for 10:30 not 11. (Was not our stylist who called) when we arrived our appt on books for 11 and we had to find something for half hour. Ok not big deal. Our stylist was the only one in store and had to deal with a few customers. She was very attentive to our girls and did what she had to do. I felt wasn't fair to her or us to not have more coverage. I understand the shortage but certainly someone could provide coverage while she was dealing with two young customers for that time period. I have always found stylists to be so appropriate and sweet to young children. I do applaud their staff
