• Very helpful staff, great atmosphere, kids had a great time!

• The team interacting with the kids was wonderful including the main woman who lead the event who did many of the girls' hair and helped them with the dancing, runway show, etc. However it seemed a little disorganized at the end when it was over, and we were all trying to checkout and get my daughter's ears pierced. There was a long line to checkout even though there seemed to be plenty of people working but no one seemed focused on checking out guests waiting in line. We also had to wait much longer than expected for the ear piercing even though I spoke with several people ahead of that day to confirm the ear piercing would be immediately after the runway party since we didn't want to use the cake room. Then you were all out of the pink earrings my daughter picked out, so it would've been helpful if you removed earrings from the samples to choose from if you are out of inventory. All in all the girls had a great time and our team of staff was very friendly and great with the girls. Just the small things above kept me from giving a 10.
