So much fun! Great way to start the day. Julianna did a great job instructing. She was calm, and happy great energy and gave clear instructions with modifications which was super helpful me as I have never done Pilates. Honestly it's been a while since I've worked out. I loved the it was in the garden. So beautiful but a little hot that tone of day but you can't control the weather. Will definitely be doing again and hopefully bringing a friend with me. Loved the teacher! I told her at the beginning I was very new and needed help and she helped me the entire time without making me feel dumb for not knowing what I was doing. I already signed up to come back for another session today!
