I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Studio joy and all the staff members. The private session a friend and I attended was led by Jolean and we had an amazing class that was crafted just for us .
The trainer was awesome very welcoming and helpful

Every class is different. Instructors are great. Definitely improves core and joint health.
