I love Studio Joy - the 5:30am class is super convenient for me.
Mary Jo demonstrated her expert level proficiency by verbally describing each of the movements. Being able to connect my mind and body with her instructing ability was a welcoming experience, especially as a man with terrible back problems.
The instructors are all really fun and knowledgeable. The space is beautiful and calm, and everyone is very genuine and welcoming.
