Loved the ambiance for stretch Pilates and how intimate it felt. Very zen also. I appreciated the acknowledgment walking in and the support of the trainer during my first session.
The whole place makes you feel at home, the teachers are knowledgeable and the people who go there are friendly too. It's an all around healthy experience physically and mentally.
