I have already recommended Studio Joy and will continue because Pilates reformer is a great, low impact workout, the instructors are amazing, the place is consistently clean and there are no other places that have it.
Rachel was a great instructor for my first class. she was so welcoming and thoroughly explained everything to me prior to class making me feel comfortable before class even started!
Studio Joy is such a special place to me, it has helped transform me both physically and mentally. Each instructor bringing their own personal touch and expertise to each class. I can't recommend studio joy enough!
