The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The instructors are not only approachable but kind and open to answer any questions as well as help beginners with posture etc. I also enjoy the relaxation touch with the mantras and oils at the end. It is a perfect touch.
All the girls are wonderful! Regardless of what skill level you are at they walk you through and help you make any adjustments needed!
I have already recommended Studio Joy and will continue because Pilates reformer is a great, low impact workout, the instructors are amazing, the place is consistently clean and there are no other places that have it.
