The instructor, Sara, was very sweet! I felt lost a lot of the time with terminology but she let me take my time. I'll be taking another Intro class with her soon to get myself more used to the pilates board!
I love my classes! Gets me moving. I feel stronger, more stable. Devin is fantastic! Is always encouraging and I appreciate her subtle corrections!
