Stephanie is the best; I've never had an instructor where I felt I could follow the majority of what she was saying without looking around. She was also good at making corrections without making me feel singled out and created the perfect workout after a long and stressful day at work. I especially appreciated the end where we breathed in love and happiness 💖
The staff is so nice and willing to help me learn how to workout and I couldn’t feel more welcomed than I do 💕
