The studio and staff were very inviting and made me feel welcome. The decor was serene and well thought out with lovely touches. The class itself was a challenging workout which was exactly what I wanted - the instructor was helpful when and if modifications were needed. The other participants were friendly and welcoming also. It is just a lovely place. The Sunday class times are a plus for me!
I had a really good experience and I really enjoyed it. Staff was very good and the instructor joy was awesome.
