My instructor Sara Schwegel was sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and did not hesitate to help me when needed. I am so sore and will definitely be coming back!

I love the aesthetic of the studio and vibes of instructors. It has multiple levels of"Joy" I like the small size as it feels very personal it's group class but feel of personal training because everyone is watched for form and I like that there is a level for everyone to take same classes. I also love that there are also links to community events , garden , farmers market. I am fairly new member but I already see there's many regulars who have been coming for a long time and help new members as well ( setting up foot bar)
