The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's not overly crowded.
Atmosphere, instructor, equipment all exceptional
The session was amazing- I’m still sore from Monday early morning class, the ending with the affirmation and reading was spot on and I kept thinking and reflecting on the reading
It was a very welcoming environment. And the instructors are very knowledgeable and make the classes fun
