After 4 years, the classes are always a challenge, never the same class twice and I am always learning.
Atmosphere was comfortable. For this being my first time the instructor made me feel comfortable asking questions and helping when I needed it
My instructor Sara Schwegel was sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable asking questions and did not hesitate to help me when needed. I am so sore and will definitely be coming back!
