I was really nervous because I haven't worked out in a really long time and Devon made me feel welcome and explained all the movements very well and helped by correcting me if I didn't have good form
Kenzie was great! She made me feel like I was welcomed and adjusted our class for the levels that were present! Walking us through the steps and giving us opportunity to challenge or adjust if it was above our level. I'll be back soon.
