Atmosphere is spot on, teacher led a great workout with a peaceful ending.
Overall experience was amazing, was nervous going in but the instructors are very warm and welcoming. They were very helpful with showing me on what to do since it was my first time trying Pilates.

She provided me with more than just a workout but rather a full body and mind experience.
