Jolene is a great instructor. She helps everyone with correct position. She always provides a tough but fun workout.
Great teachers who are knowledgeable, well trained and very supportive. All the classes are excellent!! Because of the owner and the teachers, the studio has become a great community. Studio Joy is also very involved in making Ripon, California a better community overall through a farmers market, a community garden as well as a book club!!
The space is beautiful, everyone was nice and welcoming, the instructor was motivating and educational, and the workout was killer!
Challenge experience for my body and mind. Much needed!
