It was a wonderful experience from the robes, customer service, sandals, etc.The tranquility room was so calming and the heated neck wraps were heaven. It wasmy first time getting a facial and the esthetician made sure to inform me of what to expect and laid out the whole process for me before she started. The armand hand massage was a pleasant surprise as well. I truly felt pampered and relaxed. I was beyond ready for a nap when I left.
