The spa treatment was a birthday gift to myself, so I was hopeful that I would I enjoy it, especially considering the fact that it was my first time visiting a spa. I chose Spavia because it seemed like other spas catered more to women. I'm sure the clientele is probably prodominately women, but I like to feel like a valued customer and shouldn't feel less so because I'm a man. From the first call, I knew that I was going to be pleased. The receptionist who took my call was helpful and inviting. When I came in for my appointment, Julie was very polite and helped me to get registered, while chatting about the day. She showed me the facility and gave instructions on how to use it for my level of comfort. Alexis did an AMAZING job on my deep tissue massage and Laurie did a GREAT job on my facial. They went above and beyond to make my time enjoyable. I will definitely be back and will refer my friends and family. Thank you, ladies for a wonderful experience!
