Very nice salon, felt luxurious with the robe and sandals. The retreat area is very nice. I didn't give a 10 because I felt a little rushed and I arrived on time. The reception even called me as I was walking in which I didn't understand. When I got in to the room the specialist said "with the time we have left" and I was confused because again my appointment was at 1:40 which is when I arrived. The lockers were not easy to operate. Had to get the reception to help me
