The service was great. I would like to see more restrooms and dressing areas.

Very nice salon, felt luxurious with the robe and sandals. The retreat area is very nice. I didn't give a 10 because I felt a little rushed and I arrived on time. The reception even called me as I was walking in which I didn't understand. When I got in to the room the specialist said "with the time we have left" and I was confused because again my appointment was at 1:40 which is when I arrived. The lockers were not easy to operate. Had to get the reception to help me

My first facial. It was wonderful. Janey was super nice, gentle, and explained everything she was doing. Was so relaxed, almost fell asleep! 🙂

Our experience at the spa was amazing. The services were exceptional and the people were friendly and helpful. My experience on the phone making the appointments wasn't as great. The people I spoke with weren't very friendly.
