• Shelia was great. The facility is very nice, although someone should be regularly wiping down the locker room. I entered 20 mins early to find hair all over the sink in the ladies room. Someone also forgot a few clothing items and they were on the locker room floor. The waste cans in the bathroom was over filled. I was disappointed to see this, especially since I was the only client in the relaxation room and bathroom for 30 minutes. Post my appointment, the aforementioned was in the same condition.

• Quick availability You did get the appt put down wrong though (signature when it was supposed to be a Premier so the therapist had to move the next appt.) Great atmosphere and extras! Best out of all the Spavia's I've been to for the size.
