• Locker room lighting cld b brighter. Changing room very small. Could have higher seating bench instead of low ottoman. Hard to navigate in space provided. Water not hot in thermos provided in lounge area. Aesthetician was great.

• Sheila went above and beyond to help me and of the 15 years of massages I have gotten, she dug into areas other people didn't care about! She was AWESOME! I can't remember the name of the girl who did my facial but she was INCREDIBLE as well!! She really knew what she was taking about and gave me great tips!!!
