• The facility was clean and calming and it flowed well. The locker room was well appointed. The relaxation room was neat - I will offer that I wish someone would have shown me the amenities in this room. I didn't know about the warm neck wraps until I was being led to my appointment. Lorissa did offer me one at that point- she was so wonderful. Not only did she explain everything quite well before my facial, she even offered me some guidance for future skincare. My body scrub + facial was so relaxing and I WILL be back to Spavia for another treatment. I like that there is a membership option also and it's even in my budget! Thank you Lorissa and Spavia team for a great experience. I had such a good time I will also be recommending your business to my friends :)
