SOULFIT is more than just a yoga studio. It’s a community hub with heart and soul. The teachers are brilliant and care and the space makes me feel held and supported. SOULFIT delivers on their mission to create a space that changes how people feel as soon as they walk through the door. SOULFIT brings me home to myself and the world around me. AWESOME team
Exercise class was demanding but I felt I was able to follow the instructions well as the teacher communicated well with the class. Only negative was that it was a bit crowded, somewhat restricting movement.
Such a friendly welcoming place, amazing array of classes with great teachers and the best customer service from Fiona, all of the team and lovely Hannah too!
