Classes are excellent. Atmosphere is very friendly and it is faultlessly run.
It would be great to have classes a little later than 7, e.g. 7.30am
It would also be great to have some smaller pads for boxfit as they fall off my small hands!
Soulfit has a wonderful, friendly atmosphere, as well as brilliant teachers and classes. I look forward to every visit, a high point of my week!
