Soulfit is such a wonderful nourishing community. I had an outstanding massage with Zoe which left me in considerably better shape than when I went in! Can’t recommend Soulfit highly enough.

Sarah covered Cherry's class. It felt more of a flow until she slowed us down, but I don't know the range of yin practice. I loved that she shared essential oils, smudge & her homemade chocolates 🍫
