Sarah covered Cherry's class. It felt more of a flow until she slowed us down, but I don't know the range of yin practice. I loved that she shared essential oils, smudge & her homemade chocolates 🍫

Just consistently wonderful
There is a truly wonderful and welcoming vibration at Soulfit. My Restorative Yoga class led by Isis was the perfect restart to an absence from yoga where Isis provided excellent practice guidance and thoughtful words of wisdom.
