Steph was great! Explained everything really well! She would check in often to make sure my form was correct and make suggestions to correct. It feels very personal since there is a limited amount of people. The studio was trendy, clean and comfortable. The workout was intense but I was able to adjust for a beginner to not be overwhelmed. I am sore and for a great reason; the good kind of sore! I’ll be back! Thank you!
