I absolutely love Solidcore! I tell everyone about it! I enjoy solidcore because I know I’m going to get a workout that works! Unlike when I would go to the gym. At the gym I would do just enough until I started to “feel it” then I’d stop! At solidcore there’s no stopping. They’re pushing you for 50 minutes straight! I love all the coaches, as well! I haven’t had a bad experience yet! This is month 2 for me! I continue to love solidcore and love seeing the results I am getting from it!
