The facility is very clean, the staff are welcoming, and the instructor was phenomenal!

The theme was relevant. Yet it was spoken about so broadly. When Courtenay said going into the next year it rung a bell for me. Her confidence creates synergy to be mindful of the fears we carry and the disservice it has on ourselves. Releasing fear is something I'm working on casting daily.
