Ms. Courtney was kind enough to switch my reservation to the 1030 class when I was late for the 9 am class. Although I was a first timer in the 1030 class the instructor made me feel right at home, and she checked on me at the end of the class. Everyone in the class was welcoming. I am excited about my next class.
Class was challenging physically, yet relaxing mentally and physically.

It was advertised on IG and it was a class that my body needed. I chose 10 because I normally traveled to DC for this type of Sound Bath, and I am grateful it is local. She walked us through the experience step by step to make sure we could self care in the moment should the sounds where too much. Great energy. I will be back.
