I really liked that the class was beginner friendly. The instructor made us feel comfortable and relaxed with our movements, not forcing anything on us. I will definitely be back for future classes.
It was an awesome class which helped identified problem areas that needed some added attention. The instructor was clear with her directions and lent assistance as needed.
