Shabach is the best yoga studio ever. They just know what they're doing all around the board. It is a peaceful place where you can truly leave all your troublesbehind and meditate with other great and respectful yogis. Just the perfect Inner G in this space!

I was concerned about several things, among them was the concern that the Gospel Yoga class was Christian-based. Having never participated in ANY Yoga classes, I was a little apprehensive. I found the class to be totally comforting in that aspect, and the instructor was phenomenal!
The studio was clean, decorated nicely and not overdone. Studio is near my home. I like the $50 pass for 5 classes in 30 days which is within my budget and timeframe. The instructor I had Tuesday night was pleasant, personable and funny. The attendees (students) were friendly!
I've been looking for a yoga studio in Waldorf for a long time. The class lived up to my expectations and then some.
Instructor took time explaining what we were doing, provided individual assistance when needed, and did not force anyone to keep up.
