The atmosphere was clean and pleasant and the instructor was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. As a first timer he made me very comfortable.

It is an amazing space with awesome teachers
(1) The shabach class schedule gives me great "plan A" and "B" options for attending classes after the work day
(2) I like the variety. I am currently taking both vigorous and restorative classes.
(3) Your instructors are flexible in the way they teach, and switch up the content regularly

(6) Crystal M has greatly improved in her ability and confidence to teach...a testament to the in-house mentoring Shabach has in place.
