First time doing yoga, and now it's all I want to do! I loved the teacher she was very amazing and made you feel very comfortable
I was a first timer of gospel flow. The instructor talked me through each pose and the atmosphere was not creepy but inviting. I felt comfortable and it was a good workout as well.
