Class was absolutely AWESOME. It was my 1st time doing yoga and it was a GREAT experience. The class pace was perfect and Sybil gave great instructions and guidance. I will most definitely be at the next class 😊.
Great instructor.
The instructor was very hands on and explained the various poses in detail before we tried the poses ourselves.
