I love the overall positive vibe and the genuine spirit of the instructor. I felt calm, relax and at peace during and after my session. I would definitely recommend Shabach Yoga Studio to my friends and others.

It was a great experience for me I've attended yoga before and did not go back but because of the instructor Paris and her attentiveness to my limitations within me feeling embarrassed or inadequate I was very comfortable in my environment and able to relax and concentrate.
